After coming across some amazing Alexander Henry Day of the Dead fabric here at hartsfabric.com, I couldn’t wait to get started sewing a simple apron. I found an easy to follow apron pattern and used it as a rough guide. Using some complimentary hot ping polka dot fabric as the lining and the waistband, not only made this an interesting piece, but also saved me half a yard of the primary fabric to use on another apron! This was an easy 1 hour project and will make a great gift. I have a few more yards of fabric and I cant wait to create more fun aprons.
